Annie Lake / Mt Skukum Mine area

I wanna head down to this area, and check out some of the old mining trails and roads. I have no fixed plans this weekend, so I'm open for times all 3 days.

We are pencilled in for the afternoon. I'll pm you my cell. I expect we can meet at a Tims or something around 1:00. The other 2 DR's are in, but my Sr. Management is in TO for work and won't be back til tomorrow night. I'll get approval on Saturday, but I expect no significant concerns.

search for mt skukum in google earth, and it'll take you there.

There was an old mine up there, and it was a volcano, so I'm hoping to find some interesting trails.

are you planning on riding or hauling? looking at the maps, it looks like it's 90km or so out there, so there could be a fuel range issue...
I can take my truck out w/some jerry cans if need be.
