What the heck? No one interested in the future of our sport???? The BCORMA AGM is less than a week away and there are only 7 representatives from off road motorcycle clubs attending.Presently BCORMA is our one and only recognised off road motorcycle representative to the Provincial Government. This of course includes Dual Sport and Adventure Riders. You all may think that BCORMA is for those crazy dirt bike single track guys, well that would be wrong. One of the biggest single issues about to face the off road community as a whole is the Provincial Industrial Road Act. For now I can tell you that this will be very very bad for our community of Adventure and Dual Sport riders. BCORMA is the only one representing our interests on the advisory group. We have only two choices, 1 get involved or 2 support the association that is involved. Right now BCORMA needs people to get involved and that would start with the AGM to make sure BCORMA is directed regarding our issues. If DSBC does not take an interest in this important issue it will be hard to mount an argument after the fact.If you volunteer you will not be sent without any prep, lots of options to make you dangerous.Any takers??????
