delete the entire link and start again by using the embeding feature filmstrip and pasting the youtube link then delete the "s" will work no problems. try again

Thanks, thought i tried that trick but it still wouldn't work for me ?:shoot:

Nice short clips, but I never saw the Sasquatch?

Didn't even know you was playing with a Gopro that day.

You are doing something wrong, make sure you paste the url as plain text when you insert the url into the embed function

" feature " ? , what " feature " . . . you rolled through that like it wasn't even there .

i have no experience with the DSBC grading scale . . . would that route ( and that particular section ) have been like " C " or " C+ " ?

My guess the Kookipi Pass is a "C" and the last section a " C+"

Cool, let me know how far you make it. I'm trying to put a group together for the 4th of June.

Nice ride, but stopped by snow about 800m from the summit. The road to Clear water hot springs however falls in the rented Corolla category.

As noted in other threads, once the snow is clear (which is likely still a ways off) be aware of significant rockfall just before you hit the nahatlatch main. Depending on the size of your bike, and how much more comes down, there is a fair chance of finding it impassable. Small bikes counting on gassing up in Boston Bar might find themselves in a bit of trouble if they get turned around at that point. Plan accordingly!

On June 4th we rode from Boston Bar to Nahatlatch Lake, then up Kookipi from the Nahatlatch side for about 16km...just under the 1,000M elevation(GPS died, so not much precision) and the road was fine, in fact a Jeep Cherokee was up there. Unfortunately time intervened and we retreated back to BBar. As for the Nahatlatch, the bridge at the 40 km Up marker (or nearest) is out, but a DRZ400 could get around the obstacle fairly easy, even easier with another strong pair of hands. Bigger ADV bikes would take either take an abundance of skill or 2-3 grunts with a bit of motivation. There has been machine work on both sides and the creek would be easier to cross if they hadn't attempted to block it with logs. I have pics, can't post 'em, but if anybody needs better detail, just shoot me a message/email.

If there was a Jeep up there, then the rockfall about 3 or 4 km from the main must have been cleared? It was definitely impassable to a (stock) 4x4 when I was there a couple of weeks back. Great news, snowline is climbing fast now!ThxKF

I was surprised to see him drive a stock Cherokee through the scattered boulders. It took a bit of weaving, close to the edge, but wasn't difficult. The boulders are likely the same boulders you encountered but may be re-arranged. Anyone with dirt experience wouldn't have a problem getting by them now, even on a large ADV bike
