It's going to be hot and dusty on the trails and FSRs this Sunday so who's up for a refreshing street ride to Hurricane Ridge on the Olympic Peninsula?

The Plan is to meet at the Chevron Station on H Street and Hwy 543 (truck crossing) in Blaine at 8:00AM. Actually we'll be leaving at 8:00AM so don't be late. We'll ride some twisty back roads to Coupeville where we'll get the ferry to Port Townsend and carry on to Port Angeles for lunch. After lunch we'll ride up to Hurricane Ridge in the Olympic National park. The ride up to Hurricane Ridge is a great twisty motorcycle road and has fantastic scenery, if you've never done this ride before you're in for a treat.

Note: There is a $5.00 fee to enter the national park.

Please post up if you can make it. We should be back to the border by about 6:00PM.

You just posted a message in reply to my post so I assume that what you want to do is start a new thread so here's whatcha do:

When you first open DSBC you will notice three buttons in the upper left hand corner. They are labeled "What's New", "Forum", and "Photo Gallery", and the "What's New" button will be highlighted. Click on the "Forum" button and a list of all the forums will appear. Click on the forum you want your message in appear in and a new page will appear showing all the threads listed in that forum. Near the top left hand corner of this page you will see a button labled "+ Post New Thread". Click on that button and a page will appear showing a Title box, and an area to type your message. Fill in the title box, complete your message and then click on the "Submit New Thread" button at the bottom right hand corner and you're good to go.

New members sometimes have problems getting their first message accepted because the administrators have to check it out to make sure that the newbie is legit and not some spammer. Once your first message is accepted you will have no further problems.

Welcome to DSBC and I look forward to meeting up with you for some rides in the future
