For you riders looking to improve your riding skills, this was the ride:clap:, Its Sunday at 10:00 am and I am just getting up:ss:. Slept like a baby last night. Many thanks to Rocke and Keith for organising this truly skill building event. I had a blast :). Even riding the old Mystery Creek Buffalo Jump:hr: was worth it, hope you guys throw it in next year.

Job Well Done Boys:tup::tup:now I have to get my bike ready for next weekend

Ditto. Rocke and Keith put on a great event. Thank you both!

A little surprising that only twelve of us participated, but I suppose we benefitted from the smaller class size.

As usual, I was schooled. To the ten of you that were helpful, picked up my bike, showed me lines, lent me a wrenchor gave me meds, I thank you. But Tom - GFY :).

Ted had to excuse himself due to running low on fuel? What part of 'get gas now' did he not understand in the morning? Ah well. He did give me decent advice on jumping wet logs at speed... an hour or so after the log crossing.

Tom, I guess 5 + endos must have taken their toll on you. I went to bed around midnight and was at Timmies at 7am. Just got home from the farmers market.

Funny thing is that I don't notice any discomfort in my (PoisonMtn) right knee now...

Rocke, Keith et al,

Thanks for the thrills, spills and good times. I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I joined your ride but I sure enjoyed myself.

Tom, I made it 134 km before I drained the main tank on the KTM, sailed the rest of the way back to the truck on reserve. Now I have a benchmark for my range. You were right on the volume, it is not 11 litres only 9. I filled it up in the way home and squeezed 8.5 litres in it. I checked the manual when I got home and saw that the European EGS had the 11 litre tank.

I looked at the calendar and saw to my dissapointment that I will be up in Kelowna for the week of Nov 3-6 on business. Tip a pint for me at the annual ball.

till next time, keep the shinney side up.

Brad.
