NWZ Current Insurance Required for B loop?

Trying to save a few bucks. If I can avoid insuring the bike, that would make me a happy puppy. Are there any road sections for the "B" loop (or the hardest loop - whatever that is)

YOU DOOO not need to have your bike insured for the B loop .
There is about 300 ft of road to ride or push if necessary, generally not a problem save your$
The C loop will be on public roads
