This might suit a retiree, shiftworker, or someone who just doesn't care about their job .

Bugsinteeth and I are going to try to get in one more decent ride before the snows (at elevation) and ice, mud & rain sock us in for the next 5 months.

I don't recall having beento 'Colville, Washington', but found some rave reviews of the riding area there "dirt bike heaven with more than 160km of flowing trails". Found a place with inexpensive cabins, food & gas (thanks OTR Frank:tup:). The map http://www.dnr.wa.gov/dataandmaps/maps/click_pendo_trail.htmand weather report http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/forecast/MapClick.php?site=otx&smap=1&textField1=48.54667&textField2=-117.90444look promising.

Paul & I will be departing Coquitlam on Monday morning; 7 hour drive (via Osoyoos). Ride all day Tues & Wednesday; return to Vancouver on Thursday the 18th.

The cabin is ok for 4 people; would anyone else like to participate?

I was going to try doing a weekend trip on the 20th, but this sounds like fun. I'll check with my boss (self employed, I really mean SWMBO), and respond soon.

You guarantee good weather right? I can trail ride in the rain right here and save myself 14 hours of driving.:shoot:

I just drove through Colville on Hwy 20 coming back from Utah.

Looks like a great riding area, much like the Kootenays in BC.

Have fun!
