Offroad bikes - where are you mounting your plate/sticker?

For those who have offroad only bikes, where are you mounting your plate/sticker? I got a sticker. My ICBC agent said it could be mounted anywhere on the bike as long as it can be easily removed.

I just got my sticker yesterday. Half way down this link tells you the options. I don't think your agent meant easily removed but easily visible. They are specific to location and as to which way to put it on the left fork
