The Motorcyclist Confederation of Canada (MCC) represents us riders on a federal level, they also work with the provincial federations like BCORMA on many issues. For them to do a good job they need to have some good information. Please take 15 minutes out of your day and answer this questionare. It will be fun to see what the results will be.

Motorcycling is not just fun and a great way to enjoy the outdoors while contributing to the economy. The Motorcyclists Confederation of Canada is conducting a nationwide survey to determine just how significant this contribution is, and is asking you to fill out the attached survey to help us figure this out. This Canada-wide survey will collect information emphasizing the significant economic contribution that motorcyclists make. While the overall survey results will be shared with government, trail user groups, municipalities and other stakeholders to support the growth of the sport individual responses will remain confidential.

Please complete the survey to the best of your ability before January 31, 2015.

Your response will be submitted automatically upon completion of the survey.

For your convenience, this questionnaire is designed to be answered within 15 minutes.

Thank you for your assistance.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Sally Smith, Smith Gunther Associates, 613 489-0313 or Dave Millier, Vice Chair of the Motorcyclists Confederation of Canada, at [email protected].

Done.

The questions weren't quite exactly what I expected but I guess if they need that info it's OK with me.

Done. Seems to be focused on family participation and the extent to which our actions benefit the economy.

Finished, seems like a weird survey. Who kept track of how much money you spent of fuel, ins, etc...? I try to ignor it since I own many bikes and know that it is high.

Precisely! These are the 2 issues that will influence local, provincial & federal governments.
Thanks to all for investing your 15+ minutes into completing the survey.
Early report is that >1,000 attendees completed the survey last weekend at the Toronto bike show...

Yep, my brother would comment once in a while on how much money I was wasting on motorcycles... My reply was "yeah it is pretty expensive, almost as much as smoking" ... That comment always quieted him down as he has been supporting the tobacco industry for years..
