Well don't expect too much action,I can barely get one toe down at the lights{lol} 30" inseam and almost 37" saddle height means not too much dabbing for me.

I have used up a lot of my riding credits with a week-long trip to Haida Gwaii in a couple of weeks. Therefore I will be passing on this years group ride to spend time with family.

I will however be riding into the pass on Saturday morning from the Terrace end with my crazy daughter on her ATV. This will provide some back-up if anyone needs it (unlikely as that sounds). This is the same daughter who rode with Mica, Warren and I last year and told her mother that the "old men" are slow and needed too many rest stops for her liking!:Stir

Cool. We shall meet somewhere in the pass. We plan to leave here around 8:30 or so, so we should be well into the pass by 9:30 - 10:00, depending on how many "old folk" stops we have :)

I will one up the "worthless without pics". i am already planning the video in my head :hf:

We shall have a ton of fun. T-Minus 4 sleeps.

I hope you mean ON your head (like 2T's head cam!)
So when the "old men" take their naps they can get some pics ...make sure you show me the "worst" and maybe this "old man" will get up there one day
...off to pull the carb off now.

I'm running the Gopro camera for as long as the memory cards hold out and the Bat gets rejuiced
Then bc gets to put it all together in a video......of which he has it all laid out......lol

Just talked with 2 guys from PG who did the loop throught the Mitten / Hellen. They said it was the best part of thier ride. They didn't do the pass though. Said they suprized lots of bears and had to go around a few trees. Love to do the ride but work dictates otherwise. Might try to sneek in the ride to the pass and back though.

Well, the ride was a great time. I will do up a ride report with all the goodies later, hopefully tonight, once I have a little more time.

We left Telkwa shortly after 8 on Saturday, ran through the pass (yours truly gets the award for the first dump), went up Trapper Mtn for some scenery, camped at Kincolith, then ran the Cranberry, Mitten, and Helen the next day. We rode from 1500 meters elevation to 2 meters :cool:

Stay tuned for the full RR,

and the video once I get it done from all the helemt cam footage :clap:

I remember a time when a "Sympathy" dump had some merit. I think I'm not worthy for the Trophy, but perhaps a Bronze badge for the Fall Of Shame might be in order.
