Nice job man...really like that last shot.
I have to learn how to edit the video I took with my DRIFT cam.

Thanks guys!! It was just as fun to collect the footage as it was to make the vid :). The hardest part was that we got so much good footage that it was hard to keep the video down in length.

Glad that you guys enjoyed it!!

Jim, 2T & Alex ....that must be the best video you've put together!

To answer the rhetorical question; Helmet time is true soul therapy time - wherever and whatever you ride

Keep it going

P.S. Where do you find the music?
Right now I'm into Machine Head Live - Davidian, Halo etc!

Thanks Kitimat. We are very happy with the way that video turned out, I tried playing with some voice over and I don't sound to much like a nerd - hahaha. The music is Lights, Camera, Action by Nonpoint. I love that band, one of my new favorites. They have a bunch of great tunes, with That Day being another of my favourites.

I am glad you enjoyed the video, and you are right, Helmet Time is the time where my soul gets fixed and gets it fix :hf:

Well, that is because there is not much genius to recognize :)

I appreciate the kind words and glad that you enjoyed the video. Have a great Thanksgiving Weekend.

I think the "genius" comment is in reference to making a video, not in the hooking up of stator wires from an upgraded 130 watt TrailTech KTM stator to a KTM wiring harness to a universal wiring harness in a Suzuki frame that will allow my newly installed rad fan to work properly so that I am not puking antifreeze after hill climbs and hammering the KSM through snow. Now if I had done that correctly, then I might have been able to partake in the mountain top party without cooking the KSM halfway up:woohoo:

Now, as for your smart ass comment, watch how this genius will make it appear that you never even leave the parking lot or the Tim Hortons in the next video via the magic of editing :mb:

Hummmm...sounds like the start of another Vid.....

At least Genius ....which did surprise me ....kept it on the straight and narrow and not in the rhubarb here

Love the rivalry! I can only see one way to test the theories being thrown around here; we fix the stator and do it again! YAHOOOOOO! ;)

Great article Jim! Your poor BMW.

I'm speculating the timing chain tensioner got mulched. It still runs but there is some black plastic grindings stuck in the oil pump intake screen. It is time for a rebuild. I think the motor is will be coming out this weekend to investigate further.

Thanks Alex. Ya, that poor GS was taken places a GS should have never gone. Hence the reason it got sold for a bike that was under half the weight and more appropriate to where I wanted to go :)

That was hilarious!!! That poor ICBC lady had to confirm three times that my insurance was for a motorbike, and double check twice to make sure I indeed wanted to plate it for the year. The best part was when she stopped half way through the process, looked at my son who was playing with the toys, then looked back at me and blurted "You're crazy!!". I could just smile and say "Thank you". That was a very funny moment.

....Thanks for my weekly entertainment! ...just keep it coming!

I've still got a week or two left on the plates, so, being a "roadie" I'll wait 'til next April to renew .....well maybe March :D
