my 2002 honda xr650r/ with street plates. was stolen in the last couple of hours from my house in vancouver. Acerbis front headlight, super motard fender, maxxis dirt tires, other than that stock. mint shape. plate number L14890. V.I.N. # JH2RE01222K300095. chances are slim i know, but if you see it or hear about one for sale or being parted let me know. thanks. my email is:
[email protected].
and yeah. huge hardened steel chain through the frame locked to post in garage. they used an angle grinder. fuckers.

it was insured. now the battle with icbc begins. i'm sure they will try to screw me on the cost. more than anything i just want to go riding. i just want my bike back.
it makes me so angry that the lowlifes who stole it have no idea how hard people work for their bikes. even if i get all my money back, i just lost the one thing that gives me so much freedom and life. unless you ride you can't explain it to someone. as for the pics, i can't find my memory card for my camera.... what the hell? i'll find some somewhere. thanks for checking the post everyone.

I know it doesn't make you any less angry but at the very least you will come out with something, i lost one in 91 less than 6 months after i bought it new,1247 kms was all i put on.

It was taken 2 days after i let the insurance run out for the winter, but i did get to pay for it for another 2 years.

Good luck in your search.

Just curious any word on your bike? also does anybody have security tips other than the obvious lock and garage ... I was thinking of wiring in a secret kill switch?

I bought a cheepo cycle lock from Crapy tire.

It takes a battery and if the loop is interrupted it make a 115db screem.

The whole idea of this is to make the noise...not lock the bike.

It is kinda cheep so it will break easy, then the alarm sounds .

Sorry to hear of ur stolen bike.:X
