Riding dirt bikes since I was ten or eleven, first dual sport was a new 1985 Honda XL250R. I was 16 at the time, but still that makes me feel old. I got away from motorcycling in 1996, too work obsessed, couple of scary incidents including "accidentally" outrunning police on a Ninja 1100 (sold it the next day), and a bad mountain bike crash. Got back riding a very slow and under-suspended CRF230 last year, and bought a somewhat less underpowered wr250r in August this year. Riding in beautiful forest trails is my passion, but like the convenience of not having to truck my bike in. Makes it easier to ride with others when you have a road legal bike, and this hobby is much more fun when shared with others. I'm just a normal guy, pay taxes, have kids, bitch about the Canucks (Like the Canucks, I'm 45 and have no Stanley Cup). Last fall added a ktm 300. Makes me feel like a kid again
Playing with my boys, riding at Bear Creek, 3 down football, day dreaming about new KTM's
