Mine broke right before the pipe, it's a common problem. I had a muffler shop weld it up. They told me no charge, but I gave the fellow $100 anyway. It's stronger than new now

Last weekend had ds ride in Squamish. Walked into bike shed, looked at sight glass; oil still human, tires passed squeeze test, no battery tender since last ride Oct 2nd, 2019. Turned key, started bike, rode the crap out of it. Easy Peasy
