'13 EXC-F "Gone Dark"

Any electrical gurus out there? I'm trying to figure out why my brake light stopped working. '13 KTM 350 EXC-F. Stock tail-light assembly. The tail light works, but no brake light with either front of rear brake on. I found the three wire connector under the seat that seems to provide power, and I have voltage on one lead with the key on, but nothing on the other with the brakes on? As far as I know, it was working last time I rode the bike, and I haven't washed it since so I don't think it's a moisture issue. Any ideas?

1. Replace bulb
2. Check power and ground at bulb socket
3. Check continuity at brake light switch
4. Check for power at brake light switch
