Before you can go to your autoplan dealer you will need registration with your name in hand
Don't Have registration? then you will require the NVIS form, New Vehicle Information Statement
An original NVIS is required for all new Canadian vehicles prior to registering the vehicle.
Any change to the vehicle manufacturer’s information on a NVIS makes it invalid.
Copies (including fax copies) of a NVIS are not acceptable
Im am only guessing here but even with a 10 plus year old original NVIS form, I think there will be a problem getting registration for a 10+ year old bike and they will require an inspection and without the appropriate transport canada decals that state compliance with the rules, you will not get past the inspection.
I also cant remember the last 2 stroke KTM that was street legal
Even here your story sounds "suspect" so I would expect the authorities would scrutinize your request for registration very close
Good Luck, I think you going to need it.
