My '07 450 has the same sticker. I have since confirmed with the nice people at Commercial Vehicles that it was ok to be inspected and is therefore OK.check the sticker on the bike. my 610 is clasified as MC both in canada and us. the sticker was on the front fender top side by the rads. not sure about the 450 but i assume they are classifed as mc. You don't want to see Rum or competion only wording on the compliance sticker.
huskys are not on the riv list

i understand its a different level of government ,but the riv lists the bikes that have been ok'ed by our dept of transport for our roads.batches of husky's were brought in .and even under the old rules owners had to jump through hoops to get them on the road.(as posted on this site)kaos wrote:huskys are not on the riv list
Different department & level of government; the question is whether they're street legal in BC.
FWIW, batches of Husky's were imported into BC from USA under special exemption (I have a copy of the documents).
