The word "Berg" came to mind when I was looking at the color scheme, and than I read it was a hybrid Husky / Berg.

Nice Bikes.

So it looks like the big difference between them is the linkage. Everything else looks the same except for the decals. A Beta RR was in the books for my next ride, but this changes everything. Although, I'm still liking the idea of a kickstart for backup and a carburetor.

Reading in Motocross Action this month about the whole Husky deal they said they will be producing a single cylinder 690cc bike.hmmm

Simple answer is no, because that bike uses the BMW 650 engine which KTM/Husqvarna have already said they will stop using.

Was (jokingly) bad mouthing Husa for discontinuing the 70 degree engine at the local Husky dealer. Reply was that I should wait about two years and then that engine would be back.
