Does anyone know a rough price for a set of 640 rims? Looking at putting the cush hub set up on a new 530exc or fe570.

You'll have to find one first, which could be tough. You could always go aftermarket with a Talon hub laced into yours, or laced into a spare wheel. It will also be lighter than the 640 wheel, which is quite a bit heavier than the stock wheel. You could maybe send Revelstoker a pm for info on cost, as I know he had a set of wheels built by Woody's Wheel Works, and he has a set of Talon or RAD hubs.
