broken left side mirror attachment

I fell in the mud yesterday and cracked the backside of the housing that the left mirror attaches to. Any cheap places to get it that you know of??

this is the part I need. I just hate ordering off ebay.
It seems to be made out of a pot metal. I don't weld but will have a buddy look at it tommorrow and maybe he can just weld a new nut on the top for a mirror.

I did the same thing but the fall broke only the mirror mount. I found a mirror mounting bracket that bolts to the bars beside the light sw housing. It was around $10, a much cheaper way to go if the rest of the housing is still ok. I can't remember where I got them, it may have been Bby Kawi but I know dual star has one as well as klr650.com

my left mirror is mounted with the bracket as well and it works great, bracket is the klr world type..for what its worth

so I got the part exactly like the dual star one from Dave at New life cycle, in williams lake. $8.00 out the door. Great guy to deal with.
