drz400 leaky fork seal

can someone tell me how to change the front fork seals on my 06 drz400?...in simple english please. please help thanks...stardog

seems to me there is aposting on youtube showing step-by-step how to change fork tube seals and oil. What has me nervous is that it seems fairly straight forward. Never done it though.
