Flywheel line up after the doo

Just did the eagle mike doo hicky and can't seem to line up the flywheel with the woodruff key
it's difficult to see and I don't want to force it ,,,,,.., anyone got any pointers

I just did mine ad it was a little challenging. i had my key to the top and positioned it so the front edge of the key was just a hair lower than the back so it would start easier. In other words the top odge of the key should be just off parallel to the shaft taper. My problem was I kept catching the key with the flywheel and it would either hang up or push the key out of the slot. Hope this helps some.
