hi performance coil

anyone use a high performance coil on a yamaha? gone through the carb and it is all working and the bike is still crapping out at the mid to higher rpm. Gone over all my wires from inside the crankcase back and all seem good and my CDI seems to be working so this leaves me at a coil. Bikes starts well every time without issue and runs great til i reach 1/3 throttle. I am really starting to :Xthis bike
