There is a note in the Mark Richardson column in Toronto Star - Wheels section. The new XLV700 Transalp is coming to Canada as a 2009 model. Makes sense, complements the Varadero offering, but a lot lighter and less expensive. Competes with the V-Strom 650. Included here is a link to the Honda UK website about the bike...
