insuring wr 400?

hey guys i have a 1998 wr 400 i would like to use for road, is it possible to get this bike insured? and if so how do i go about doing that, im really fuzzy on the whole situation and any info would help alot thanks...

The WR 400 is a Restricted Use Motorcycle RUM

If the canadian compliance label reads "Restricted Use Motorcycle" forget it you wont get past the inspection stage
No pass inspection = no licence plate
