Well I had my first ride with new jetting and everything worked out great. Here is what I used:
120 main jet, 45 pilot jet, and the stock needle in the 4th postion (from top).
I also took out the intake and exhaust baffles. I mainly used the service manual for instructions when needed but for those without there are some good instructions on the web. The bike had way more low end and mid range power and it has a fair bit more top end as well (keep in mind its still a 230). It still pops a little on decel so I may go up one in the pilot jet, but it is better than stock. The jetting that I used has been dyno proven (byEngines Only)and does not run too lean.
