The fan on my 89 KLR just packed it in and now I'm overheating continually. Anyone know of a place to get used KRL parts? Anyone have a spare fan they want to part with?

ya could try ebay. or http://www.bikebandit.com with ebay do a search for (klr) or (klr fan) see what comes up. also is it the fan blade or fan assembly. just did a search and wow. 300 plus usa. for the assy. they also list a fan switch. which is separate... Ed

Thanks for the suggestions. The fan broke as a result of an 'incident' on a trail when the bike ended up on it's left side. fried the fan motor. Replacement part was 500 bucks but I just got one on ebay for 107. Lot's of KLR parts available!
