Hi all
I just noticed that the screw holding my chain slider guard on the swingarm of my KTM is missing! The bottom side is still in place, but the top screw and bucket is totally missing…
Does anyone have an extra M6x10 collar screw laying around? or know of someone in Vancouver that would have one?

Thanks - planning a ride this weekend so hopefully someone has an extra laying around….

Matthew.

the ktm racerpack of hardware that most dealers have for sale usually have what you need enclosed.as a bonus, you get a couple of handfuls of other ktm nuts and bolts for a decent price.

Thanks for the rely all -
I had my dad pick up the KTM race pack last night, but when I looked this morning I realized it didn't have a M6x10, smallest was a M6x12 which I'll use instead (despite me confirming over the phone prior to giving my credit card number...)
I also picked up from CanTire a M6x10 bolt as suggested just in case the lower one needs replacing.

Thanks again,
Matthew.

This is why we have hack saw's and bastard files! For when the screw is just a little too long. Good Luck.

Better too long than too short! :)

For future consideration, Pacific Fasteners in Burnaby is a good source for bolts. You can get stainless for about the same price as grade 5 bolts at big box stores.

I went into a lordco once and got 6 Titanium M6 studs for free.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I think I should stock up on some basic ones so I'm not rushing to find one last minute...
