I just got a new set of Manicsalamander bar end weights and Progrip soft and squishy (I hope) grips. Any advice on getting the old grips off and the new ones on?I'm gonna have to cut the end of the grips to mount the weights but thats o.k

start by opening a beer cause taking those grips off is no easy chore, Kawi installed em to stay on during a Korean n-blast, exacto knife, time, beer, AND, go buy heated grips, now's the time to install em, and there is no real reason not to, waaaay comfy, and pretty cheep, and don't bother with the "low" heat, turf the ballast resistor and just run "high" heat then turn it off when you're warm unuf, the low heat setting uses the same power as the high, so deep six the low and give the electrics a break..
