Rivercity Demo Day

Mrs Spc and I went to the Suzuki Demo rides yesterday at Rivercity. We each got a free T-shirt and I had a hamburger. We met Ray (don’t remember his user name) and Gordbull with one of his spouses.



Mrs SPC and I test road a DR650 to see how it was for carrying a passenger. It is not as comfortable as the KLR we used to have and will not work for the two of us. I felt like I was sitting on the front wheel and Mrs. SPC was sitting half on the rear fender. It would be a great dual sport for one person but not for two. I was disappointed but now I know it is out of the picture unless I can have two bikes.

I was going to go there with Wifey also. But when I asked of we could double they said no. I wanter to try out that 1800cc cruser and the V-Strom:mad3:



Yes.. the DR is short for extended 2-up. Too bad u couldn't try it out in the dirt with dirt tires on it.........oh right, YES u can. Mine has dirt tires on it

They had no problem letting usdouble up. Maybe they have seen some of your posts?

I think the only way I will be able to get a DR is if I find a good used one really cheap!
