I just checked my 07 TE610 sticker and it say's I quote:

Vehicle Type: Motorcycle

Canada: This Vehicle conforms to all applicable standards prescribed under Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards in effect on the date of manufacture.

again in French

USA: Same as above but replace Canadian with US.

If in doubt call the three husky dealers in Canada. They can be found on Husky Motorsport website.

Pretty sure now that Husky's fall into the same category as the KTM's from 07 on and are not RUM depending on the model.

Since they are all street legal they will be the same.
