Being in the service industry, I'm all too familiar that you can't please everyone all the time, but patterns of service are important. As I'm unlikely to do much of my own service, mechanical expertise and understanding of the bikes they sell would be my #1 need. Listening to the chat about KTM's, there seems to be some question whether the dealers are supplying that.
If what I'm looking for doesn't exist, then a strong sales staff(or management) that will look out for their customers may have an important role.
My point is that I'm not asking only for people to slam the dealers (although that info is important too), but I'd also like to here the good things, and even the Ho Hum.
Often the less you can say either way about a shop, the better it's run.
