Can anyone recommend a waterproof tank bag for the 2009 klx 250s?

Have a look at the Wolfman tank bags. I have been very happy with mine !

+1 for the Wolfman tank bag. I have the Enduro. It's the smaller one, non-expandable. The tank intrudes a bit taking away a little bit of volume but works fine for me. Well made, quality item.

Not waterproof. I'm looking for a waterproof bag. I saw the wolfman expedition small tank bag. It looks great but I wonder how big it really is. It's hard to tell on the PC.

By the way where did u get your endro bag at?

I got it from a member on another forum I frequent. These pics show the Enduro bag on the '09 KLX250. By comparing the bag sizes you should be able to get an idea of how the larger bag will fit. Not the greatest pics but all I have at hand.

Thanks for the great info guys. I'm gonna go with the Wolfman expedition small tank bag, now i just need to figure out what tools i may need for a 7 day trip.

Dont sweat the tools too much

There are only so many things you can fix on the road,

Flat Tires, can be a show stopper if you dont have rim locks
Broken Chain carry a link
Cracked Case some kind of 5 minute epoxy

Thats about it after that you need duct tape and bailing wire with a set of vice grips

Your good to go
