Te630 clutch spring issues.......

Hey y'all, long time lurking first time posting. I have a new to me 2011 te630 that looks like it needs new clutch spring cup washers. Found lots o info on CH about custom spring cup washers made and sold by an inmate on ADVrider, but he no longer makes/sells 'em. Curious if any of you 610/630 riders have any info on a source for these cup washers or recommend a good machine shop to have 'em made ( if I can find the specs that is).......:help:help

if a thread exists on this already, I could not find

Hi, I have the same bike with the same issue. I have a pdf from IndyUnlimited with his dimensions and material spec. We should team up to get a small batch run produced. If any one here has info on a machine shop too do this ... Post up or PM.

I am down with that plan, good on ya for contacting Indyunlimited, I found a scribble with dimensions but no mention of material used. Makes it kinda hard to tell a machinist what you need if you don't actually know what material to use.

Having some extra sets to sell and raise some beer money is a good idea too.

Hopefully someone out there has a line on a good shop that can make them, had to put it all back together as is ( wasn't raining- needed to ride) gonna be in the back of my mind until I can replace them. Bike has 12,000km on it and most likely 1000km before I will have to buy stockers to replace 'em.(yuck)

I have an 08 610, is this "clutch spring washer" an issue? Or does it make a better clutch??
