Well I finally got my NOS bottle mounted.
I simply removed the tool box from under the rear fender and mounted a 2lb NOS bottle in its place.
It looks like it belonged there all along, and bolted right in place. This made for an extremely short line from the bottle to the intake.
It also makes the NOS bottle fully visible, which greatly increases the cool factor.
I decided to mount the NOS switch on my left handle bar so I can always have my right hand covering the front brake lever when I push the NOS switch with my left hand.
But I have a feeling the front wheel will be in the air, so the front brake won't be too effective at that point.
I installed an FMF Powercore 4 muffler and did some rejetting a couple ofdays ago to prepare for the NOS.
I also ran a strap over the head, just like like drag bikes that run Nitro.
I don't think it will come close to blowing the head off, but a little security is better than having the head go flying.
I can't wait for tomorrow. I bet it will throttle wheelie very easily now.
