valve set on 07 klx 250???

i need to do a valve set on a 07 klx 250. i need to know what the intake and exhaust valves need to be set to, and how to find proper tdc.(is there markings to look for??) other then removing plug and checking with screwdriver or straw.

Intake valves .10mmto .19mm and exhaust valves .15mm to .24mm.

Excellent description here with pics....we have an '06. a terrific bike.
