where did you get them adjusted? Is the noise coming from the top of the engine where the valves. I'm not an expert but I can say that it should not be making any noise. I think you should get a second opinion from another dealer if you can.
Sometimes your cam chain makes noise if it's too lose. Kind ofa rattle knocking noise. Do you have a MCCT and was it adjusted. ACCT might be out of clicks then you need a new cam chain.
