I think this might be one of the trail gnomes as he kinda looks like the guy at the beginning of this post but without the beer

TRAIL GNOMES are elusive, as seen here they only eat their meals in the middle of the forest, so you won't find them sitting around a picnic table
TRAIL GNOMES are also very humble and don't seek the spotlight or recognition, but that does not mean we should just ignore them and hope they just keep on doing the great job they are doing keeping our trails open to all to enjoy. They are hard to spot but when you do find one, you will know. So don't forget to show your appreciation by thanking them for their hard work. And if you ask nicely they might even invite you on one of their trail adventures (make sure you bring good gloves).
It's a little known secret but most TRAIL GNOMES belong to local clubs (Like DSBC). TRAIL GNOMES ask for nothing and dig deep into their own pockets every time they go out. Clubs like DSBC like to reward the TRAIL GNOMES by purchasing things to make their hard work a little easier. Things like Saws, hammers, screws, axes, shovels, ropes, files, gas, oil, chainsaws, ribbon, staples, staplers and the Mattock, what's a mattock you ask? Its like a French Whoe but with an axe on one side.

Thank You Very Much TRAIL GNOMES
