So I recently picked up a new (to me) 1992 DR650, sent it in to the shop for the old once over & "make sure it's not going to try and kill me check up". Got it back last week & finally got out for a ride yesterday. Was running like a top & felt great! However when I got home I noticed I had some oil on my left boot, not a lot but more than should have been there!!! I checked the oil level in the window, and yes, it was a bit low, but not dry (thank goodness).
I think I've traced the leak back to the tubing that runs across the front of the case & then makes a 90deg bend up into the upper half of the motor on the riders left side. Does anyone know the part number for that O ring?
