Just got this KLR650 and I am wondering if there is a better mount for the rear view mirrors? I donot like the way they mount into the pot metal handle bar switch housings.
Where do you carry your registration? The seat requires a bit to much effort to get off if you are stopped by police, so that seems out of the question. Maybe now that the crotch rocket is gone I wont get stopped so often, but still need the reg somewaht handy.

Okay, all kidding aside, you can shrink them down so that folded in half, they are credit card sized and carry them in your wallet. One benefit to this, if your bike goes missing:mad3:, you have quick access to your VIN # and other relevant info. As long as they can be read by the constabulary, they are perfectly legal.:clap:
