2003 ktm 640 adventure - not running

You know this bike, you know what it's capable of, and how few bikes there are that do what it can do. This one has been on some adventures and has the scars to prove it, but it's been taken care of. 60K km

HERE'S THE PROBLEM:

The bike suffered an electrical short that fried the wiring harness in multiple locations. I had just gotten it back from my mechanic who did a valve adjustment, cleaned and oiled the air filter, and changed the oil and oil filters. The bike is in great mechanical shape, but IT WILL NEED A NEW WIRING HARNESS.

I've replaced:

Carburetor - brand new
Stator - brand new
CDI - brand new
Shift shaft seal - less than 100km ago
Countershaft seal - less than 100km ago
Battery - less than 100km ago
Swingarm pivot bearings - less than 100km ago
Oil and coolant hoses - less than 1000km ago
Chain and sprockets - less than 1000km ago
Cyclops LED headlight
Handlebar risers
Mirrors
Starter clutch spring

It's got Metzler Karoo 3s - front is about 80% and the rear is about 75%.

The fuel tank is pretty scuffed up, but it was made to take abuse, and the only damage is cosmetic.

Also have a pair of Bridgestone Battlax street tires to throw in.

A new harness is approx $300, and the installation is about a 3 hour job. It's a great bike for someone willing to put that last investment in to make it nearly as good as new. I just can't put any more into it.

Open to offers.
