Ok, since there are so many stragglers and we have surpassed the 150 mark, we have decided to extend the food and t-shirt deadline. This means, if I don't have an email money transfer AND completed form OR an envelope in my hands by midnight on July 15th, you get no food or a t-shirt.

Any forms or emails received after July 16th at 12:01am are out of luck. You can still come, but the cost is the same and you will be shirtless and hungry.

So don't delay, get your forms and money into me ASAP.
