Good ride today. Julius showed me some new trails today. C@*ksucker hill was a highlight. What it lacked in length it more than made up for in ruts water and logs.
It was good to ride some new trails and theres some challenging stuff. As we took a breather up near the hydro lines above mill bay we heard a bike approaching and it's TG6 on his way to town to do some shopping or some such. We all turned back due to deep slush further up.

Yeah it was really good weather. We were up on the south side, also got turned back by snow near the top and by some washed out trails down lower. Lots of logging with new roads going up, some already damaged by heavy runoff. Found a new dirt road home bypassing part of the Malahat too. The view was spectacular, could almost see Seattle!

12:10 am and I just got back from riding (all twisty roads) I can't believe how warm it was. Perfect riding weather. Just cold enough so the moter runs better and just warm enough that there's no frost
