No ONE is allowed to complain about being sore except me!
Thanks to all of you guys helping me out, picking up my bike and keeping me going. I seriously gave it all I had. I felt bad the last road home I had nothing left in me. My body and spirit were taxed to the max after that last bail. Seriously, I flew into that ditch...thanking the common sense to wear the gear.
Can't wait to get out again, with better tires...christmas is coming early.
Going to try to get those photos loaded now.

Thanks for organizing the ride Tik Tak and all.....we appreciate you showing us around a bit.....it was a bit chilly on the way up to Courtenay this morning but what a great day.:clap:
Sorry we had to cut out early...we had a very good bowl of soup up at the Alpine Lodge and then took the slow route back to Nanaimo and Ladysmith. Hope the rest of your ride went well for all. Kara....keep up the riding.....great to meet all of you.

Kara keep your spirits up. This type of riding is not easy. Easy is for sissies. Clearly u don't qualify for that! These are not cruisers we ride from Timmies to Timmies. We will try to invite some more girls next time.

Feeling kinda sore myself today, lucky my job entails sitting on my arse all day looking at the scenery. When's the next ride???

Going to try and get Ken out with you guys next time. Doubt I'll have new tires by then so I'll stick to the pavement. Ken may be out of place just as well on his brute of a bike. I think tik tak had the biggest bike, ken rides a dr650.
I really did enjoy the ride but could have gone without the last two ditches. The first two were fine and well and learning. The last two were just plain too much.
Definitely want to see more women out there. Although, I'm sure I'd have a better time on a smaller bike but I like the speed and the power on the road so I'll just have to learn to muscle my bike better.
Do post invites to rides because it makes it easier to set plans and go.
