Today i went into ICBC with the help of XMikeR, ThankYou Mike.
Seemed to go well except their chairs suck.
Later in the day went to the surgeon, was suppose toget a cast but was still to swollen.
I did however have most of my staples removed and a new splint put on.
anyways here is a little grossness for yall.

I was planning to visit you tomorrow for lunch.

But not if you're going to be like that!

That girl is a real trooper. Those staplers may be efficient but aresic devices.

My hands have been broken & stitched up before from trackcidents; I hit surprising lows ofdepression & worry about recovery. Always amazing how our bodies are capable of healing.

I'll visit Quizno's on the way to your place before noon.

I must say, i was feeling supremely confident in a quick recovery until they removed the wrap from my arm.
It made me think that this one may be harder to come back from than i thought.
Na, screw that, ain't no big thing.
Thankyou for lunch Mark, was good to see you again.

You'll be fine...it's just a flesh wound right !!!

Good luck with the recovery. If it's swollen just hold a cold beer with that hand, should take care of it.:hb:

I hope everything goes good with your operation.

When you said that you had staples, I sure was not expecting to see what look like real staples.

Vince,

If I had enough of those patches from last time I would gladly give them all to you.
There are some shops around here that carry similar products.
Drop me a note if you could use some and I will gladly bring them by.

Speedy Recovery!

Bren: as of today i feel pretty dam good, rib, leg and back are feeling good.
The wrist is my only real issue, and i hope to be back to where i was with that before this last surgery.
Thank you very much for your offer, those little buggers do work wonders.
As good as they are though i do not think they will work though a cast LOL.
I appreciate all of the good wishes and help i have gotten from the folks on this board, i also hope i never have to reciprocate, ride safe people.

Flippin Heck! Sorry to hear about the prang Vince.

All the best getting everything back in working order.

Was she driving a Cavalier/Sunfire?

My latest red alert driver category is the 20 something female Cavalier driver. Usuallycan be found driving 140kph, 10 feet off the bumper of the guy in front on the #1 Hwy. Simultaniously applying makeup and texting while swerving back and forth between lanes because she is late for her retail job at the mall. Evil!

Take Care and get well soon.

Why not hitch a ride into Langley with Mike tonight for a drink at Baron's Pub? We can all have a go at your zap-strap itching device!
