Nice job :tup:and it doesn't need no steenkin' powder coating as it looks great natural.

You have inspired me, timeto get busy on that project I have in mind.

If you really want it powder coated or anodized I know of a few place here in the Vancouver area but Tremclad black is cheap and easy to repair :D.

Nice job. Wish I had the room and gear to fabricate something like that.

After what you did with the great looking skid plate make your own boxes.

Ya but you do some nice work. Regardless of price there is some pride everytime you walk out and see the nice job you have done hanging from the side of your bike.

Ken,
This is the top rack I made from the same material, slightly bigger than the KTM unit....the paint looks fine seeing that its going to be covered by a top box of sorts. (little dusty in the garage after all that aluminum work)
On my 6th post above you can see the stock steel one...which is now for sale....:f:

(Well, actually it's not stock but a very expensive well engineered KTM product from the KTM Power Parts Catalogue, comes with cool bolts and nuts and spacers and all, very cool...)

FOr aux lights I found some small projector lights that will fit nicely just inside the front of the tank shrowds.

I'm going to use the same tubing as ur rear rack system to bolt on to the 2 bolts by the coolant tank between the frame headstock.

What BlackDog did with their skidplate was to powder coat it with a stone look .

This way when u get a scratch on it ya can't see it.

You can buy the same paint in a spray can at Crappy Tire that gives the same look....not sure if ur interested in that though.

Keep up the good work

As "specialized" as the Super Enduro is ...there are 5 of them here in Kamloops:( , although only 3 are ever seen out on the streets....And I see mine every time I go out for a ride.:)
