... thanks for reporting your experience Roninja, pretty much mimics mine. And for the record, I think a lot of people could stand to be a little more anal. There'd probably be way fewer of them stranded due to a non-existant toolkit or lackadaisical maintenance ( I speak from experience in this regard - but I'm trying to improve).

Hey roninja,sorry if you thought I was insulting you with my reply last night,just looking at it from a humour point of view!! It was too easy NOT to notice your exact length of conversation time. I guess the humour sometimes gets lost in translation on these forums..... Take care,and if we ever find ourselves riding together I'll let you buy me a beer!

Perhaps he was on a cell phone which tells you how long you were on the line for? I know mine does that.

Sorry guys we get busy and when a customer is in the shop it's a choice of guy at counter or answer phone and spend 10 minutes while guy at counter stares at you.

We have a new manager PAul. He's doing a great job. just leave a message and he will get right back. We try to do call backs between 1 and 3.

Or just email thats quicker

We always have Husky filters and tune up parts in stock the shop is open between 10 and 5 Tues threw Friday. Sat 9 to 4 . If theres no answer at that time we are here working .



It's a small shop and we try our best , but with 3 guys working can't be everywhere at once . If we had a staff of 20 to butter your nuts and stay on the phone for 30 minutes that would be great but we don't .



We know Huskys better than any shop out there and love the brand . Sorry if you guys didn't get ahold of us.
