Engine shroud screen

Hi all,
I have a KLR 650 2006 red 18000...
I did a drive from metchosin to langford monday and reallize when back that i was missing the left engine shroud plastic screen.
My guess is that someone bumped my bike wile parking.
I try to get only the screen but it is not sold by itself..:(
So i need some help in getting a new one, or how to make a decent screen.
Do you have one for sale??
Do you know how to make a nice one??

Light guage aluminum and a suitable size drill bit. Make a pattern from a friend's bike or from the RH side if they are symetrical. Drill holes, paint satin or flat black and there you have it. Should be able to build one in about an hour if you have shears and a drill. If the original is a plastic snap in mount you could mount the home brew one with something like silicone. Better yet, take out the RH side vent and improve air flow. Tell your friends it gave you six more horsepower.

Why would i buy right if i need left???
I make the grill but I'm not too happy about it, there is a small gap between grill and side plastic. That is because i use the right side as template and then realize that they are different sizes.
When i have more time and material will try again.
Check it out what i have for know..

that's a good question, it's an example of what one can find on the net with a quick search. surely you must have noted in my original reply I KNOW YOU DON'T NEED THE RIGHT BUT..... I'm just saying I went to the trouble to search for you. Ed

don't look at it any longer than 3 seconds and no closer than 3 feet. If you can't see anything wrong with it then its okay cuz nobody else would notice either.

Great find ed..
But at least for know i will not expend 70 bucks only to get that little piece of fu...plastic.
Is amazing how they don't sell the screen by itself, who would buy the all thing only for this little shi... screen...
