Just did the DOO on my 08. Big Difference, now much smoother, like butta. I used Eagle Mikes setup with the torsion spring, gaskets came out clean and didnt need replacement. After 13xxxk I had never adjusted the thing, when I took it apart the spring had NO TENSION right from the factory, why bother, they could of saved 2 cents by not even installing it ( I know I should of at least tried to adjust the thing before but was curious). I did notice the original doo was a quite heavy duty looking piece, cant imagine it breaking especially with NO TENSION. The EM doo has more adjustment built in. The torsion spring is very strong and has lots of movement. Since I was inside the guts I installed the new EM unit so now I can forget about it, at least until adjustment time....
