Fork oil?

I just removed the front forks on my DR 650 to install eibach springs. As it is an 04 I thought I might as well change the oil as well. Any recommendations in brands or weight. Also could I use full synthetic oil with out problem?

Yeah Ross, you brought up a topic that I am interested in as well, going to order a set of eibach springs as well from Keintech next week, hopefully I'll get an insight to which oil to use, didnt find anything muchwith a cursory search so far....when is it going to be spring? snow go away!

Didn't get much feedback, so I just talked to the guys at a bike shop and bought Amsoil fully synthetic 10 weight. Cheers Ross:hb:
